Common Issues
💱 How do I sell my NFTs for Gems?
Open the app → Collection tab → tap any NFT you own → tap "List for Sale" → enter a Gem price → confirm. Your listing goes live globally and any other player can buy it instantly. When sold, 90% of the Gem price is credited to your account (10% platform commission). See Marketplace details →
🎁 How does chest opening work?
NFTs only drop from treasure chests at the 100 m race finish. The AR camera opens at 15 m and the chest auto-opens at 2 m — no button needed. 20% of rolls hit the Hunter+ Legends pool; 80% hit the 18 regular GPRS 100 m cards.
🏃 GPS won't lock / race can't start
Step outside or near a window. GPS requires a clear view of the sky. In Settings → Privacy → Location Services, make sure GPS Treasure Hunt is set to "While Using the App" or "Always".
💳 I was charged but didn't receive my purchase
Open the app → Profile → Restore Purchases. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, email support@gpstreasurehunt.app with your receipt.
🏆 Lost my streak / items after reinstall
Log in with the same account (email / Apple / Google) you used before. All progress is tied to your account, not your device.
🚫 I need to cancel Hunter+
- iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → GPS Treasure Hunt → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → GPS Treasure Hunt → Cancel
🗑 I want to delete my account & data
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email privacy@gpstreasurehunt.app. We delete your data within 30 days, subject to any retention required by law (e.g., tax records for purchases).
